2nd Annual SharePoint Saturday Bend – October 6th, 2012

Get ready for a fantastic event right here in Bend, OR!

The 2nd Annual SharePoint Saturday Bend event is set to take place October 6th at COCC’s Pioneer Hall from 8:30AM-5:30PM.

I am very excited to be able to present at this event. I will be presenting a fun session called “SharePoint Can Do What???” This session will focus on out of the box features you may not know about! It is common knowledge that SharePoint is a place to store and collaborate on documents, but wait until you see what else it can do! This session will explore additional  features of SharePoint 2010 that can assist teams in communication and collaboration. Features highlighted include, but are not limited to: surveys, discussion boards, wikis, and task lists.

SharePoint Saturday is a wonderful event bringing diverse SharePoint experts to one location and providing a day of networking, food and learning – all FREE to the end user!! Plus attendees receive a very cool t-shirt!

And don’t forget about SharePint immediately following SharePoint Saturday. This is a time for attendees to network with each other and presenters. SharePint will be at Greg’s Grill in the Old Mill starting at 5:30PM.

And an added bonus is that Fall Festival will be taking place in downtown Bend, so visitors can check out that fun event as well!
