Today is Thanksgiving in the US. It is a day of friends, family and sharing a meal, albeit a usually HUGE meal! I have fond memories of this holiday and look forward to my traditions of spending it with my parents each year.
While this day highlights the idea of being thankful – I encourage you to dedicate a small portion of every day to thankfulness and gratitude.
Tip:
Include a list of 3-5 things that you are grateful for in each journal entry. It’s a great way to incorporate gratitude in the beginning of journaling and getting your mind in a positive space before writing.
I also wanted to express my gratitude for YOU! Thank you for all your support of Thriveology. It is so appreciated and never forgotten.
So that’s it for today, just a quick thankful entry.
And stay tuned…
I am releasing a free video series that shows:
- How fear keeps us stuck
- How paradigms and conditioning affect our thinking and how we need to get our minds positioned to move our body into action
- A systematic approach to identifying what our dream life looks like
Details coming on Monday, Dec 2nd!
Get ready!!!
And Happy Thanksgiving!
