As you may have noticed, ALJ, LLC has gone through a growth transformation! Now we are known as Thriveology. I love this new name. At its most basic, it is the art and science of thriving. But I believe it goes to the heart of the work I love to do – empower people and organizations to thrive.
Our services are more focused. We will be concentrating on:
- Working with individuals to encourage growth through communication, collaboration and leadership skills that can be applied personally and professionally.
- We also focus on organizations assisting them to maximize efficiency through organizational development and process improvement, as well as realizing higher returns through fully engaged teams and individuals.
- Finally, and this is really exciting, we are introducing coaching for speakers. Utilizing my business background as well as a degree and decades of experience in the performing arts, we will guide speakers to hone their message and have a dynamic delivery from a performing perspective.
While not all the pieces are in place yet, I decided to stop waiting until EVERYTHING was ready and to get moving!! I think these changes will be a great benefit to people, organizations and the community at large. Stay tuned as we roll out more exciting things in the near future.
